As I jumped into the world of mixing in Atmos, I thought I was OK having my speaker management system do an auto calibration in my room. Boy, was I way off!!. I didn’t realize what a difference it made until I asked Erik to properly get my room sounding as it should and within Dolby’s specs. Although my room presented some challenges, Erik, with his many years of experience in the field, his attention to detail and best of all, being a mixer himself, made not only the process fun and educationa, but now I feel comfortable that what I hear in my room is accurate.
